Big Mack Tech began with Mike helping friends, family, and coworkers get their tech sorted — no big plan, just doing what came naturally. Not much has changed.

He still treats every client like someone he knows. He still explains things in plain English. And he still believes good tech support should feel simple, reliable, and human.

“Big Mack” was Mike’s childhood nickname, because nobody could tackle him. Turns out that applies to tech problems too.

  • Founder

    Mike’s been fixing tech since the days of dial-up. He started out helping neighbors and family, and just never stopped. These days, he runs Big Mack Tech full-time — but he still answers the phone, still shows up when you need help, and still believes tech should work without making your life harder.

  • System Administrator/Network Administrator

    Nathan has been working in IT since 2019 and been mostly working in schools and education.  That has given him great knowledge in google products as well as Office 365.  Providing Hardware, Software Support, as well as managing networks and servers.
