Big Mack Tech does not mark up on hardware or software purchased for clients, however, there is a minimum hardware installation fee of 1 hour per workstation/laptop and 3 hours per server.
While most of our services can be provided remotely over the internet, some require us to travel to your home or organization. If it's better for you, you are welcome to arrange to drop off your computer with us in order to avoid the higher rate.
We offer discounts for buying non-expiring blocks of hours upfront (these can be used for Computer & IT Services or for Training, or a combination.
Support Contracts/Service Level Agreements
Looking for regular IT support for your business? We can create custom support contracts to meet your needs. Basic support contracts include installing software updates and maintaining your exisiting equipment on a regular basis. Phone, remote, and onsite support can all be a part of your custom contract. Even when we're not working onsite at your location, Big Mack Tech can monitor your servers remotely on a daily basis. We will scan the event logs, check your virus definitions, and monitor the server's overall health. This allows us to support your system proactively, potentially avoiding future downtime, and it provides you with the peace of mind that your network is running smoothly.
