30 Minute Minimum on Remote & Phone Support
BigMackTech does not mark up on hardware or software purchased for clients, however, there is a minimum hardware installation fee of 1 hour per workstation/laptop and 3 hours per server.
While most of our services can be provided remotely over the internet, some require us to travel to your home or organization. If it's better for you, you are welcome to arrange to drop off your computer with us in order to avoid the higher rate.
One-on-One Training Rates
One-on-one training sessions are charged at the same low rate as computer and IT services. Per person discounts are offered when two or three people are involved in the same small group training.
Classes can be custom-designed to meet your technology training needs. Length, topics, number of participants, and specific software/hardware needs can all be varied depending upon the audience. Contact Us with your training requests to have our trainer build a custom curriculum to fit your needs.
We offer discounts for buying non-expiring blocks of hours upfront (these can be used for Computer & IT Services or for Training, or a combination.
Looking for regular IT support for your business? We can create custom support contracts to meet your needs. Basic support contracts include installing software updates and maintaining your exisiting equipment on a regular basis. Phone, remote, and onsite support can all be a part of your custom contract. Even when we're not working onsite at your location, BigMackTech can monitor your servers remotely on a daily basis. We will scan the event logs, check your virus definitions, and monitor the server's overall health. This allows us to support your system proactively, potentially avoiding future downtime, and it provides you with the peace of mind that your network is running smoothly.
